Short Term Rentals

Our Short Term Rentals are available for Vacation Rentals or just for someone needing only a short stay for any reason.  You may want to come and play golf.  Here in Lehigh Acres, we have a number of golf courses that can accommodate every playing level.  Additionally if you want the privacy of a home but still want to be close enough to beaches, boating and fishing but don't have to pay high prices, this is your place to find that spot that is very nice and very affordable.

This is the current list of available homes that we rent short term.  Please come back regularly as this list is updated regularly. 

The following are the specifics of what we require for our vacation rentals:

1.  Find the right Vacation Rental that has availability for your time frame.

2.  Sign a rental agreement that we will send you via email. This agreement includes arrival/departure dates, payment schedules and pet policies as well as our cancellation policy and other terms and conditions.

3.  Pay a damage deposit (refundable with no damages and conditions met)

4.  Check-in- We have two locations for check in and also have availability for after hours self check ins. We will provide you ahead of time with all directions on how to get to your rental as well as instructions on keys etc.

5.  Enjoy your vacation.

6.  Check out and make plans for the next time.
