The Board of Directors normally set the vision. Their vision must be able to change according to the ever-evolving needs of it's members/homeowners. If they are doing a good job, the members/homeowners will feel it and you will see it with that sense of "community" that is critical to a successful home community.

We like to think of ourselves as the Association Manager as the glue that holds both the community and it's owners together in harmony. If we are doing a good job, the boardmembers and the homeowners will feel this closeness that makes up true community.
