AAA Realty LLC Rental Application Process
There is a process that we go through when processes a potential tenant. We are doing everything we can to make sure that you as a possible tenant understand what it means to rent a property that is managed by AAA Realty.
The following are the steps we take from the time you contact us for the first time:
- An agent will be assinged to you.
- Your agent will complete a pre-qualification to see if it makes sense for us both to continue to the next step.
- Will have you look at our virtual Tours to see what property you may be interested in and then make appointment to see the one's you are interested in.
- Once you decide on a property, we will show you our book that shows you blank copies of all our forms and fees that will be included in signing a lease with us and becoming a part of AAA Realty LLC's family of renters. You will then sign an affirmation that we showed you all these documents.
- We will have you fill out an application and will collect the non-refundable application fee and deposit if you decide on which property you like and want us to take it off the market and hold for you as we process the application. It is very important for protenatial tenants to be completely truthful so we don't find a surprise that will stop the process and cause a potential tenant to lose all their deposits.
- Property Management will process the application. At this time you will be on hold but it would be advantageous for you to contact any persons (ie: previous landlord, job contacts) to let them know we will be contacting them and to please cooperate with us as quickly as possible.
- Once and if you are approved, you will have to react pretty quickly if the move in date requested is soon. You want to put the utilities in your name so that they will be on 48 hours prior to your anticipated move in date. Please remember that it takes time for the utility to make the appointment to turn them on. So for an example, if you call on the 29th to turn on the utilities for the 1st, they may say to you the first appointment they have is the 1st to turn them on. Well that would be a problem because you would not be able to move in until the 3rd (48 hours after they are turned on)
