As Broker and Owner, Tammy enjoys serving our community and helping people to achieve their dreams.

She is married Jose Rodriguez and has three wonderful boys, Josh 15, Robert 14 and Christopher 7. She has a love for animals and has three dogs. A MinPin, Scooby and two Chiwawa's Queenie and Holly. If you stop by the office anytime Tammy is there, you will see Queenie and Holly and Holly's sister, Harlie, who also goes to work with my sister in law, Beth Pinard (see below). Jose and Tammy can be seen riding their Harley's all over South West Florida. They have started a riding club called the AAA Realty Dawgs.

Tammy started AAA Realty in her home in 2005. Since that time the company has grown to what it is today. Her vision is for AAA to be a hometown friendly company where everyone feels at home. She says the difference between AAA and a franchise is that you will never be just a number nor are we trying to serve the masses. Tammy has a background from the Hospitality Industry where she served as General Manager for many years. Prior to living here, their family lived in Key West for over 7 years and had several different businesses. You will see the uniqueness of the that experience brings to AAA Realty.

Tammy is a member of the Lehigh Acres Chamber of Commerce and also part of 2010 Leadership Lehigh Class. Additionally Tammy is a member of NARPM and is certified as NaBPO and e-Pro.

Jose Rodriguez, Maintenance Director/Co-Owner

Married to Tammy Rodriguez with 3 young children together Jose and Tammy work hard but they like to play hard too. Jose has a salt water reef tank that he works on daily, making all the little adjustments, cleaning and or feeding it with all it takes to keep one healthy.

Jose has 30 years experience as a maintenance director and oversees the maintenance dept. here at AAA Realty.

He enjoys being with his family. If he can't do it together, He doesn't want to do it at all. He and his wife also enjoys camping and riding their Harley's.

Mary Gonzalez- First Impressions

Mary is married with one child. She has worked for AAA Realty for almost 2 years. Born in Cuba, she came to the United States at the mere age of 5. She lives in Cape Coral but makes the commute because she loves her job at AAA. Her Job duties include, answering phones, coordination of inspections and marketing of rental properties. Mary just had her first child, Nathan on 9/27/11. She is enjoying loving on her special new son and of course her husband, Leo.

Beth moved here from CT to get away from the cold and be around Palm Trees and Pelicans on a full time basis. Her mom also moved right next door. They enjoy their dogs Hunter, Harlie and Benji. Beth started the habit of feeding the canal fish, turtles and likes to look for the otter that shows up now and again. Beth has a AA degree and came from the law industry where she was a Paralegal.
