Our Basic Costs are as follows:
$500.00 start up fee (to be deducted when we secure a tenant)
Montly cost of 10% of rent collected (deducted each month from rent)
$50.00 fee for each service call made to rental (paid from rental collection)
Never do we upcharge any sub-contractors or contractors charges!!
