Our Basic Costs are as follows:

$600.00 start up fee (to be deducted when we secure a tenant)

Montly cost of 10% of rent collected (deducted each month from rent)

$50.00 fee for each service call made to rental (paid from rental collection)

We NEVER upcharge any sub-contractors or contractors charges!!

We use PropertyWare Management Software.  Owner and Tenants have portals and access to their properties 24 hours a day 365 days a year.  Tenants can make maintenance requests and make payments online.  Owners can see what is being requested and all comments and followups as well as payments made on their accounts.
